How to regain access to your account
If you cannot log in to your personal account, access can be restored in several ways — depending on whether you have access to the linked email.
🔹 Password reset via email (if email is accessible)
This option is suitable if:
- you have access to the email used during registration;
- you remember the email address linked to the account.
To restore access:
- Go to the login page of your personal account.
- Select the option “Forgot password” or “Reset password”.
- Enter the email address associated with the account.
- Check your inbox — you will receive an email with new login details.
After that, you will be able to log in using the new password.
🔹 Recovery via support service (if there is no access to email)
If you do not have access to your email, you need to contact the support service.

1. For legal entities
You need to send an official request from the company:
- on company letterhead (if available);
- with the signature of the director;
- with a stamp (if used).
The request must include:

2. For individuals
You need to send a request to restore access and confirm your identity.
Attach one of the following documents:
- passport;
- ID card;
- driver’s license.
