How to Connect to a VDS on Windows
Connecting to a VDS on Windows
To connect to a Windows OS server, you need to:
- Log in to your personal account and go to the “Orders” → “VPS Hosting” section. Open your order settings to find the connection details. These details may also be sent to you as a ticket in the “Support” section.
- Launch the Remote Desktop Connection application from the Start → All Programs → Accessories → Remote Desktop Connection menu, or by pressing Win + R and typing the command:
mstsc.exe - Enter the IP address for the connection, then enter your username and password.
- Done — you are now connected to the server. Note: This guide is only for Windows 10 and above. Otherwise, you can use alternative clients for connection, such as PuTTY.
